I worked with a friend on entrepreneurship we had to create a new concept of cocktails.
We needed to fo research the historical context between the prohibition and the great depression in the U.S. and how this situation can be related to the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing for not going to public places like bars.
The concept base for the project was based on the spirituality that takes place in an oasis in the desert. We decided to use the fox as the main character because it means ''the fox of the desert'', however, the product must have a Colombian reference, that's why the name is AYRU, which means fox in the Wayuu language (Wayuu is a tribe from La Guajira department).
The color palette was chosen with the color blue as the base since it's the representation of water and it was represented in one of the cocktail flavors created by professional bartenders, also, the yellow and orange were decided based on the elements of Earth and desert. 
The feather is a complementary design which is a part of nature and we wanted to incorporate it in the character Ru as well (shown below on his ears).
This is Ru, a character designed with rubber hose characteristics and it is monochromatic to preserve the style
